Devotional Day 3 || Suffering and Glory

Devotional: Life in Christ doesn't exempt us from suffering, but it does give us an eternal perspective on our trials. Paul reminds us that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us (v.18). How does this eternal perspective change the way you view your current challenges? Take time to list your current struggles, then beside each one, write a truth about God's character or a promise from His Word that speaks to that situation. Let this exercise remind you of the hope we have in Christ, even as we "groan inwardly" (v.23) in this fallen world.
