Devotional Day 2: Faith Beyond Feelings

𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥: Biblical faith isn't rooted in experiences or emotions—it's "the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Many confuse belief (mental agreement) with saving faith (confident trust). You can believe God exists yet never trust Him with your life. True faith doesn't demand signs or rely on feelings that fluctuate daily. Instead, it anchors itself in God's unchanging character and promises. When circumstances challenge your emotions, faith holds firm because it's grounded in who God is, not how you feel. Today, identify one area where you've been trusting your feelings over God's faithfulness. Surrender that area and choose to trust His Word regardless of what you see or feel.
